Independent buying agents
About Property Vision
Property Vision is a firm of independent buying agents, based on Cromwell Place in South Kensington, which represents buyers rather than sellers. A buying agent searches for suitable homes, including some never publicly advertised, advises on value and negotiates on the buyer’s behalf, for a fee agreed in advance. South Kensington station is a short walk from its office. Ask any buying agent to confirm in writing that it acts only for you and receives no payment from sellers.
