Wellcome Collection, on Euston Road, was founded on the vast collection of the pharmaceutical entrepreneur Sir Henry Wellcome. Its galleries and exhibitions explore health and what it means to be human, mixing medical history with contemporary art, and its Reading Room is a relaxed place to browse. Euston and Euston Square stations are across the road.
