About Flat White
Flat White opened on Berwick Street in the 2000s and helped bring the Australian and New Zealand way with espresso, and the drink it is named after, to central London. The room is narrow, with a handful of seats and a counter facing the street market outside, so most people drink quickly or take their coffee away. Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus stations are both about ten minutes’ walk. Go early on weekdays, when it is at its calmest.
