King’s College Hospital, run by King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, is a teaching hospital at Denmark Hill in Camberwell, south London. It has an emergency department open 24 hours and serves as a major trauma centre. Denmark Hill station, with Overground and Thameslink trains, is opposite the hospital. In a life-threatening emergency, call 999; for urgent advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111. Overseas visitors may be charged for some NHS treatment.
