Ham Yard Hotel, from Kit and Tim Kemp’s Firmdale group, is built around a quiet tree-planted courtyard a minute from Piccadilly Circus. The rooms are bold and colourful, and the hotel has a roof garden, a theatre, a 1950s-style bowling alley, a restaurant and a bar. Its location puts the West End theatres and Soho on the doorstep. Piccadilly Circus station is a couple of minutes’ walk away. Its website lists the Ham Yard Bar and restaurant, afternoon tea and the Soholistic Spa.
