Hutong serves Northern Chinese cooking, from Peking duck to dim sum and fiery Sichuan dishes, in a dark, lantern-hung room on the 33rd floor of The Shard. The views across the Thames to the City are spectacular, especially after dark; ask for a window table when you book. London Bridge station is directly below The Shard. A smart dress code applies. Lunch is a good way to enjoy the views in daylight.
