Maltby Street Market
Street food under the arches
About Maltby Street Market
Maltby Street Market lines the Ropewalk, a lane of Victorian railway arches south of Tower Bridge, with food stalls, bars and small producers. It is smaller and more local than Borough Market, and at its liveliest at weekends; check the market’s website for current opening days. London Bridge and Bermondsey are the nearest stations, and Tower Bridge is a short walk away. Bring an appetite and browse the length of the lane before choosing.
