About The Elizabeth line
The Elizabeth line, opened in 2022, runs fast, air-conditioned trains under central London, from Paddington through Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road, Farringdon and Liverpool Street to Canary Wharf and beyond, with branches to Heathrow and Reading in the west. It is the simplest way from Heathrow to the West End or the City without changing. Pay with contactless or Oyster; check fares on tfl.gov.uk.
