About BAO Borough
BAO, which began as a market stall, serves Taiwanese steamed buns, fried chicken and rice dishes. The Borough branch on Stoney Street, beside the market, has a karaoke room for groups. London Bridge station is a short walk away. The menu is short and built for sharing, so order a few dishes and come back for more. It is busiest at lunchtime and weekends, when market visitors fill the street.
