Leake Street Arches runs beneath Waterloo station. Its official site describes it as home to London’s longest legal graffiti wall, where street artists are welcome to paint, with graffiti workshops led by its artists in residence. Independent restaurants and bars, including Mamuska, Passyunk Avenue and Draughts, are set in the arches. The walls change constantly, so every visit looks different.
