The Corinthia London occupies a grand Victorian building on Whitehall Place, built in the 1880s as a hotel and later used by government departments, restored and reopened as a hotel in 2011. It has restaurants, a bar, a large spa and rooms looking over Whitehall and the Thames. Embankment and Charing Cross are the nearest stations. Its website lists Georgie’s Bar, restaurants, afternoon tea, butler service and a spa.
