The Hungarian-born architect Ernő Goldfinger designed 2 Willow Road, part of a short terrace beside Hampstead Heath, for his family in 1939. It is preserved with his furniture, gadgets and collection of modern art, including works by Henry Moore and Bridget Riley. The National Trust runs visits on selected days; Hampstead Heath and Hampstead stations are nearby.
