Ye Olde Mitre
A hidden pub off Hatton Garden

Ye Olde Mitre is tucked down Ely Court, a narrow passage between Ely Place and Hatton Garden, and many Londoners have never found it. The present building dates from the 18th century, and its small panelled rooms keep an old-fashioned atmosphere. It is a Fuller’s pub, open on weekdays, with bar snacks and real ales. Chancery Lane and Farringdon are the nearest stations.
