Bushy Park, the second largest of the Royal Parks, lies next to Hampton Court Palace. Its grand Chestnut Avenue, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, leads to the Diana Fountain, and deer roam its open grassland and woodland gardens. Hampton Court and Teddington stations are both within walking distance. Combine a visit with Hampton Court Palace next door, and keep your distance from the deer, especially in the rutting and birthing seasons.
