Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, in the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, draws on British recipes from the medieval period to the Victorian era, reinterpreted with modern technique. Its best-known dish, Meat Fruit, is a chicken-liver parfait disguised as a mandarin. The restaurant holds two stars in the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026, and some tables look over Hyde Park.
