Dishoom recreates the Irani cafés of Bombay: ceiling fans, vintage photographs and a menu of grills, biryanis, chaat and the slow-cooked House Black Daal. Breakfast brings the cult Bacon Naan Roll. Most tables are for walk-ins, so expect to queue at peak times; the restaurant takes evening bookings only for larger groups, and a drink at the bar makes the wait pass quickly.
