About One New Change
One New Change, designed by Jean Nouvel and opened in 2010, is a glassy shopping centre right beside St Paul’s Cathedral. Its shops are mainly well-known high-street brands, but the main reason to come is the roof terrace on the sixth floor, reached by a glass lift, with a close view of the cathedral dome. St Paul’s station is a minute’s walk away.
