Hammersmith to Chiswick: the riverside Malls

From Hammersmith Bridge, the Thames Path follows Lower Mall and Upper Mall west past rowing clubs, Georgian houses and three riverside pubs, the Blue Anchor, The Dove and The Old Ship. Beyond, the path continues along Chiswick Mall, with its riverside gardens, to Chiswick church, about two miles in all. This stretch lies on the course of the Boat Race. Start from Hammersmith station and finish at Stamford Brook or Chiswick stations, or carry on to Kew Bridge.
