Burlington Arcade

Burlington Arcade opened in 1819 and is one of the oldest shopping arcades in Britain. Its covered walk from Piccadilly to Burlington Gardens is lined with small shops selling watches, jewellery, leather goods, shoes, cashmere and fragrances. The arcade’s Beadles, in top hats and frock coats, have kept order since it opened. Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations are a short walk away. The Royal Academy is next door.
